Stockmate is provided by Jupsal Systems (Pty) Ltd.
Stockmate user accounts are created and managed through the Stockmate reporting platform. The Stockmate mobile app does not allow users to create accounts directly in the app. The app allows authorised users to log in and capture inventory counts which are synchronised with the Stockmate server.
To request deletion of your Stockmate account or app-related data, please email info@stock-mate.co.za with the subject line “Stockmate Data Deletion Request”.
Please include the following information so that we can identify the correct account:
Once we receive your request, we will verify the request and delete or anonymise the relevant account and app-related data where legally and operationally possible.
Data that may be deleted includes user account information, authentication records, and inventory count data associated with the account.
Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, support, contractual, or legitimate business purposes. Where data cannot be deleted, we will limit its use to the purpose for which it is retained.
We aim to process valid deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or due to the complexity of the request.
